Now I am going to share with you how to get help as well how to help yourself or a loved one.
This is such an important topic! One that is not often talked about. Did you know that maternal depression is the number one complication of childbirth and pregnancy and sadly the most under-diagnosed? More than 400,000 infants are born to mothers who are depressed. Postpartum mood and anxiety disorders fall under the maternal depression umbrella. And the most important thing for you to know is that there is help.
