Totally loving this new pancake recipe. These Buckwheat- Flax Pancakes with Walnuts and Maple Syrup are delicious! The whole family gave it a thumbs up. The best part is that they are good for you. I tweaked the original recipe to make a healthier version and it was a success. New Sunday breakfast treat!
