I have been actively practicing and teaching yoga, pranayamas (breathing) and meditation for the past twenty years. Believe it or not, yoga is very supportive of a mom’s sense of well-being and health during pregnancy. I have studied pregnancy and childbirth, have had the honor of being a husband to a wonderful woman and have watched her go through pregnancy and give birth to our beautiful daughter. I have also had the pleasure of observing many pregnant women throughout the years who have faithfully practiced yoga with me. What I have observed has been true for all of them.
